Melbourne - March 2014
In March, I was privileged enough to attend the Virtuoso Travel Roadshow - operators that are all "Specialists in the Art of Travel".
I stayed at Crown Promenade - which was located directly across the road from Crown Towers where our event was being held.
Hotel Review: Checkin staff/Bell captain very friendly and efficient.
The room itself was stunning and lovely to be able to have a queen bed each in our twin share room. The bathroom was of a lovely standard as you would expect of the Crown Properties.
Also from Crown Promenade and Crown Metropole there are walkways from the 1st level across to Crown Towers/Crown Casino, so you are not faced with having to walk across the road, or through inclement weather.
I was also able to Participate in "High Tea" at Crown Towers at "The Waiting Room". It was really lovely with an amazing range of savoury treats. I really didn't need anything for dinner that evening (see photo above).
Then after all that it was time for the reason that I was in Melbourne, and I must say, I love it when working is fun!
