Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection has expanded its Asia program in 2012 to include two exciting Vietnam and Cambodia itineraries, including the 15-day Timeless Wonders of Vietnam, Cambodia & the Mekong, onboard the stunning new River Saigon, which will make its maiden voyage in January 2012. The introduction of Vietnam and Cambodia to complement Uniworld’s rich China offering, is a response to the growing fascination in these culturally and historically-rich destinations and their popularity among travellers.
Guests will enjoy travelling onboard Uniworld’s brand-new vessel, the River Saigon, which boasts just 30 riverview staterooms each of which is a generous 15.6 square metres and features exquisite French-doors which open onto an outside sitting area, allowing for beautiful views of the river. Guests will also enjoy the finest linens, a pillow menu, individual climate control, bottled water, robes, slippers and fine bath and body products.
The company has also launched its most extensive Europe and Russia program in 2012 featuring a total of 32 itineraries ranging in length from eight to 32 days along the great waterways of Central and Eastern Europe, France, Portugal and Spain and Russia. The program includes two new itineraries: 8-day Gems of Germany, Belgium & Netherlands with Floriade and 17-day Grand Treasures of Europe, featuring the European Floriade in the Netherlands, held just once every decade.
The 2012 Europe program will also see all tips and gratuities included in the price of the cruise and the introduction of three shore excursion options to enable guests to personalise their holiday even more.
For those who may have seen Europe’s most popular sights before, the new Choice is Yours program offers a range of alternate shore excursions that uncover a region’s hidden gems. The Go Active program caters to those who crave more action and adventure on their holiday while the Gentle Walking option is for those who want to explore a destination at a relaxed pace.
