Trafalgar Tours launch 2012 family experiences
Trafalgar makes family travel easy, by taking care of accommodation, meals, amazing family-focused activities and transportation allowing parents to sit back and enjoy their holiday.
Four brand new, carefully-crafted family-friendly guided holidays have been introduced for 2012, including two new European programs, one South American and one North American.

Amazing experiences are on offer across the 18 itineraries, such as attending a gladiator school in Rome or gelato making class in Sorrento, plus so much more
Families travelling with Trafalgar not only benefit from having all their holiday planning done for them and their unique travel needs catered to with amazing family-centered activities, accommodation and dining options, but will also explore each destination as an Insider and uncover Hidden Treasures they wouldn’t otherwise have if travelling alone.
The 11-day European Wonderland itinerary is the ultimate for clients, who are keen to take the kids to Europe, taking in Italy, Switzerland and France along the way. Catering perfectly to the family market some of the specifically designed activities which kids and parents alike will enjoy include a kick-off party and attending a pizza making class in Rome, learning about the fascinating history of Paris, Florence, Rome and Venice and seeing the gladiators at the coliseum.
For those keen to experience Italy in-depth, the 10-day Gladiators, Gondolas and Gold itinerary is the ultimate in family experience. Visiting Rome, Florence, Pisa, Bologna and Venice, a key highlight of this itinerary is attending a Gladiator school in Rome, whereby children and parents alike get to experience life as a Roman Gladiator. From learning about the history of the ancient city, to learning the basics of using a gladiator school, this is an experience to remember forever. Other key highlights of this itinerary include pizza making classes in Rome, painting and decorating a carnival mask in Venice and sampling delicious gelato at a local gelateria in Florence.
