Bhutan and Beyond's first two retreats are scheduled for July 2012 and will feature well respected Australian Yoga teacher, Ms Sally Flynn. An exciting 10 night itinerary takes tour participants through Thimphu and Punakha valleys, staying in traditional Bhutanese style three star hotels, before commencing the Retreat in the Paro Valley and at the beautiful 5 star Zhiwa Ling Resort.
Each day at the retreat offers a morning and afternoon Mindfulness & Meditation Yoga session and during the day a comprehensive range of sightseeing and hiking options opens the door on the richness of Bhutan’s culture, peoples and its pristine environment.
The two Mindfulness Yoga Retreat land packages start at US$3858.00 per person twin share plus airfares.
