We are heading to UK this week for a four week holiday and Ngaire down in Nowra has been spectacular in her level of assistance and customer service. This year, at the last minute, we found that the airline had changed their policy about kids in car seats in Premium Economy seating. Ngaire has once again done really amazing things to get it sorted out with the minimum of hassle in a very short time for us.
I would also like to thank Melissa who answered the 'emergency ' contact mobile number over the weekend.
