Liz was recommended to us by friends who have undertaken multiple cruises As first timers we were a little overwhelmed. Liz organised everything beautifully. Answered all our questions and concerns, kept us informed. No stress for us at all. Absolutely fantastic 1st cruise. Liz is very knowledgeable and thorough with her advice. Looking forward to booking another cruise with her, in the future. Highly recommend Liz, particularly to first time cruisers.

Loved our 3 night getaway on Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas. A large ship with lots of activities and places to relax. Great food choices. Great shows and entertainment. Staff are wonderful. Only drawback would be that everything is charged in US dollars so beware of the current exchange rate. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved our time away! Two weeks in the Philippines, a special time for me coming home too! Thank you Liz for organising the bulk of the trip! I loved visiting the vast cities within Manila, we ate 12 different cuisines all great so I can't pick one! Within 20-minute taxi rides around where we stayed (Makati) we could explore different architectures, environments, malls, markets, and ways of living. We stayed in developed areas but recommend having a local to go to other places less touristy. Wish we had booked flights to and from the island during our trip! That was a slight hassle when we went there. The island resort you booked was stunning and just what we needed, to escape completely! The underground cave experience was one to remember, truly a natural wonder and well-organised! We just sat back and relaxed, there were options for afternoon activities, but we ended up relaxing on the beach. The island resort had everything you needed, well secluded and service was impeccable, from when we landed at the airport to when we went back. We even got free shirts from the resort for leaving a review! Great two weeks away!

Enjoyed recent 14 day cruise on P & O Pacific Encounter. Our ports were Norfolk Island (beautiful place and worth returning to for longer stay. Tenders from the island were used to get passengers ashore. We were lucky to go early for our excursion and return early as late afternoon saw long queues. This was first time Pacific Encounter had been able to anchor there as weather can be rough) Next stop was Tonga (excursion around Island was good and included native dancers). Between Tonga and Fiji a short history lesson was broadcast at the spot where the mutiny on The Bounty took place. Next stop was Suva (another nice place to visit). Next stop was Dravuni Island (tenders were used and we were dropped at a floating pontoon to meet the 160 plus residents who’d set up market stalls and food and drink for us to purchase. Our favourite part was visiting the local primary school and giving them the school supplies, balls and thongs we’d taken for them. They most appreciated the big packet of Allen Snakes that I left with their teacher) Next stop was Port Vila, Vanuatu (Again we did the Island tour and especially enjoyed the museum where a local named Edgar was traditionally dressed and entertained us playing a conch shell and music from a hanging chime from which he played the Islands National anthem as well as Advance Australia Fair. He also did amazing sand paintings telling the story of the painting as he drew) The ship was great and the staff were amazing. Always helpful and smiling. The food was a bit repetitive. There are three complimentary restaurants and when on board there was a roster in your cabin of which restaurant you were at each night. For example first night Waterfront, second night Angelo’s, third night Dragon Lady then repeat. There was a menu A and menu B at each and these went for 3 days then were repeated. On a 14 day or more cruise this became quite boring but there was always something to enjoy. Of course then there was also The Pantry up on deck 14. This was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was more like a food court with different stations for curries, fish and chips, Italian, roast and veges, Mexican as well as soup, salads, pre made rolls and fruit and desserts. Always something nice to eat. And if you’re happy to pay then the food at the Luke Mangan restaurant is superb. Here you pay per item not like on other cruises where you just pay a set cover charge. The shows in the theatre were good. Just get there early if you want a seat. We paid the extra $30pp for the production shows Blanc de Blanc and Hans the German. Both were well worth the money. There was lots of organised things to do onboard and also lots of quiet seating areas if you just wanted to chill with a book. We were lucky enough to get the Byron Beach Club upgrade. This gave us robes for the cabin and P & 0 thongs and a coffee machine (Nespresso) We could have breakfast in Angelo’s and poached eggs and eggs benedict were at no extra charge. Each day we were given a choice of fresh fruit as well as daily delivery of a plate of canapés and sweets. You get a daily check list that you leave for the cabin stewards so you can choose what you’d like The food list also included crisps and nuts (pkts), olives, dip and vege sticks and cookies. If you prefer a specialty coffee or tea and a cake or croissant you can get these from cafes around the ship at around $4-$5 each. There is a New Zealand Icecreamery tucked away on deck 14. These range in price but a scoop and waffle cone was around $7. It was a good cruise (our 8th). The weather could have been better but that’s out of our control. The ship has been modernised with nice carpeting and prints but expect the smells and creaks and groans when the weather get rocky as it’s not a new ship.

Lovely holiday visiting family in Victoria. Flights perfect. Ended up getting motels, first in Brisbane, then in Melbourne, the night before to ease airport arrival time. Hire carvwas good but annoyed with Budget who wanted to charge double the bond as I was using a debit card instead of a credit card. Thanks Liz for your great organisation.

Stayed at Waters Edge at Airlie Beach. View was absolutely amazing from the apartment which was also well equiped and spacious. The infinity pool and two other pools on the property were fabulous. It was walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

When we advised Liz that we wanted a 5 star romantic honeymoon for June 2021, she researched and recommended the Ecolodge in the Daintree and Peninsular Boutique hotel in Port Douglas . We were very impressed with the Ecolodge and their packages and Liz suggested to put 2 packages together and have an incredible 3 night stay in a canopy bayon and 2 night stay in the rainforest Bayon it was perfect for us very romantic and private with great activities included. The Peninsular Boutique hotel was an adults only resort in Port Douglas for 4 nights and we were across the road from Four mile Beach and could walk around Port Douglas. It was a perfect 9 day honeymoon and thank you for all the research you did for us. Liz can coordinate the most fantastic couple holiday or family holiday and will listen to what you want and give you all the help you need to make it an incredible trip. Thank you for our perfect honeymoon.

Liz has organised a couple of trips for us, one to Fiji and another on a very last minute cruise to New Caledonia. As a new overseas traveller I was nervous and constantly emailed and phoned Liz in the lead up to both trips. Nothing was too much trouble for Liz, she very patiently answered every question I had. Liz was able to access deals and flights that were excellent value and everything was organised with the minimum of fuss. I especially liked that Liz takes the time to get together with you after you return from your holiday to discuss what was good and what perhaps needed improving - all valuable information for future clients. I would thoroughly recommend Liz for your travel organiser.
