Hi Lauren – what a wonderful time we had in Ecuador and Galapagos!!! Thank you for all your efforts in making our travels so easy, We made all the connections and all the flights were on time which was a relief. Santiago was fascinating and it gave me a taste for the region. I’d love to travel more in Chile and Patagonia. Quito is quite an incredible city. Slung between deep forested gorges streets zigzag up ridiculously steep hills with small houses clinging to the slopes. The city itself hangs vertiginously from the edge of an escarpment, making it look like a cardboard cutout until you arrive and realise just how populous Quito is. Surrounding the city, mountains and valleys fold in improbable forms with emerald green farmed patches on the heights with enclosures etched into the slopes – no place for machinery… The day trip in to the mountains and up to 3,800m at the base of Cotapaxi volcano was truly memorable and a terrific contrast to the days ahead. Hurtigruten Santa Cruz II was very comfortable, the staff were wonderful, the guides knowledgeable and passionate about Ecuador and Galapagos. Images of all the experiences we had continue to flow through my thoughts. The volcanic island landscapes and the surrounding seas and the plants and creatures living there are so unique and fascinating. Each island was just a little different – and it truly was like being immersed in a documentary! Once again – a heartfelt ‘thank you’. Until next time

It was absolutely wonderful. Even better than expected! Carmel’s Galapagos trip was excellent; she (and Teresa) loved it. Our meeting in Santiago was seamless, and the Atlantic cruise was just fabulous (helped a bit by the large cabin). Then the flight home on QANTAS, LHR/PER was just so good. We were back in Oz before we knew it. (It’s a pity they are suspending that route because of the Middle East situation). Hotels were all good (El Palace in Barcelona especially - it used to be a Ritz). So thank you so much for everything! It was just great.

Once again Lauren you helped us have the best holiday...seeing the Northern Lights was fabulous with Viking Cruises. The Qasr Al Sarab resort outside Abu Dhabi in the desert was truly amazing...thank you. If you want a special experience , ask Lauren, she really listens and knows what to book for us.

Lauren booked an amazing African safari holiday for us with the Sanctuary Group in Botswana and the And Beyond group in Tanzania ...she really listened to what we wanted and these places exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation in not only using Lauren again to book a holiday but have and will continue to recommend her to friends.

Hi Lauren Our stay at qualia was fantastic. The windward lodge 8 was probably the best accom we have ever experienced and we have been fortunate to do a lot of travelling. We did the Sunset Cruise and also spent a day at Airlie Beach. Had a few meals in at the Marina which qualia organised and had prime tables and views. The Golf buggy was great so ventured all around Hamilton Island very easily. The Pebbles restaurant served the best seafood platter in the world and the pool adjacent beautiful. We had the most restful stay and weather very good even with a little occasional rain. Overall top class and thanks Lauren for arranging all. Staff and service excellent. Cheers John.

Hey Lauren, We had such a lovely holiday in Niseko, Japan – everything was perfect, plane ride / transfer's were fantastic, accommodation at Nozami Views was gorgeous, fabulous big bed for Neil to stretch out in, it was right in town and we could walk everywhere, The skibus was across the road….food was delicious ! The holiday was great thank you so much for organising for us. Thank you

hank you Lauren for organising our family Christmas Trip to Switzerland, The flights all matched up perfectly with everyone departing from different cities. We are so happy you recommended the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof in Zermatt, It is one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! We were Transferred by Horse and Cart and being one of the only hotels in Zermatt still to do this, it was truly magical, everyone was taking photos of us as it was so special. On had the best arrival with the concierge checking us in straight away as we were Virtuoso Guests, While we noticed others had to wait until the standard check in times. They sat us down for complimentary drinks, Maree had beautiful Champagne and I had a beer, a nice touch. The Breakfast was also one of the best we have ever had at a hotel with the full Buffet spread and then when you sat down the Waiter would bring over a menu and ask if there was anything else you wanted in case it wasn’t on the buffet, He made wonderful recommendations and gave us tips on exploring the town. We were so lucky that we had clear views of the Matterhorn and even got snow, It was Maree’s dream to have a white Christmas and we got it !

P&O cruises UK is vastly different from here they are a lot more formal black tie nights are an eye opener like going to a ball We wished we had another night in Malta at the end we loved it Thanks again until our next adventure Sharon

We had a wonderful holiday. Everything went smoothly, connections, transfers the whole shibang. Can't thank Lauren enough for all of her work, it made organising and planning so much easier and stress free. Not to mention the holiday itself, it was incredible. Some really great recommendations from Lauren that added so much to the trip. Things we would never have thought of or found ourselves. Can't thank her enough. I have once again used Lauren for my recent holiday a cruise with a two day tour of Bangkok, what we got with a private luxury tour organized by Lauren was exceptional. and half the price the cruise company wanted to charge. for a similar tour. It pays to use a agent like Lauren who cares about her customers.

We engaged the help of Lauren for our up and coming trip to New Zealand. Lauren's knowledge of NZ was fantastic and she organised it all even our sight seeing trips. Thank you Lauren for organising our 2 day shore excursion on our recent cruise. The amount of content squeezed into those 2 days was incredible. ( the Grand Palace,Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho, Asatique markets). The river cruise on the converted rice barge on the Cho phraya river was perfect and the Thai banquet delicious. To top it all off we stayed at the Royal Orchid Sheraton at Bangkok which was luxurious with beautiful river views. The tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly and spoke very well. He even managed to make a shopping stop at MBK shopping centre before taking us back to the ship.

I started to plan a trip myself and the amount of options that came with utilising extended stopovers became very confusing until I contacted Lauren who was able to provide me with plenty of flight plans that were fit with the tour, events and places I wanted to visit.
