My partner and I wanted to travel to Japan but we had no how to start it. I saw Tina on my Facebook and I set up a meeting with her. From the very beginning she knew what she was talking about and was extremely helpful. Tina would be emailing and texting or even calling to ask my many questions big or small. She had so much knowledge of travelling and of Japan which made the time spend with her really helpful. Once we worked out our trip plans Tina went to work with it. Within days Tina had a plan and started to explain it to us. When she was explaining she made sure we understood everything and if there was anything we didn’t like or didn’t want she changed it. When it became closer to our leaving date Tina was ready and answering all my questions to make sure we were ready. She even organised a time to catch up in Adelaide in an area I was to chat about the upcoming trip and give me the travel documents. Once we caught up she got me a hot chocolate and started explaining everything in detail ready for our adventure. They had the most amazing application that we used that while we were away it had everyday planned out in detail which was AMAZING! I even gave it to my family members so they knew where we were. I can’t thank Tina enough for the most amazing, thoughtfully planned trip. We will definitely be coming back to her for our next adventure. Thanks again Chloe & Dylan

Tina was amazing when booking our first ever holiday to Europe. Tina was able to have everything prepares and waiting for us from guided tours, to internal flights, trains and hotel transfers and pick ups. Would highly recommend Tina to anyone and will be personally using her services again

Thanks Tina for a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family at short notice. Having the expertise to arrange everything in advance made the trip extremely well organised and took away a lot of potential stress. The accomodation exceeded our expectations and the arranged transfers were gold. Recommendations for additional time for airport transfers to allow for delays can only come from industry knowledge.
