Our state meetings are back for 2023 – we thought ‘MTA Regional Reunions’ would be a fitting new name. We’ve collated a list of FAQs to help you plan your calendars.

5.00pm – 5.30pm Networking drinks with suppliers
5.30pm – 8.00pm Networking dinner and drinks with suppliers
8.00pm Bar closes and evening wraps up
*Note – Our Brisbane Reunion will have a slightly longer afternoon tea break of 15 mins to allow for set up of the Supplier Trade Show.

Yes, with the help of our Supplier Sponsor Partners, we’re pleased to offer:

- Networking dinner (note this is not a sit-down dinner) – it will be a stand up dinner to allow you to network with suppliers and fellow MTAs.

Note – training in Melbourne will finish in time for you to attend the Virtuoso on Tour event held in the evening of Wed 19 April so the last session at 3.30pm will not take place in Melbourne. Melbourne Training Day will finish at 3pm.
Yes, for attendees to get the most value out of the training and due to venue capacities numbers will be limited for each training session. The earlier you register for training the more likely you will get your first choice of session. Once a session is full we will operate a waitlist and let you know if we are able to clear a spot for you.

Yes. As we have limited capacity in each location, please book using this link so that we can manage registrations.
You can register for individual sessions, through the booking portal. Select the relevant location, and then the session you wish to attend.
If you do not want to attend all sessions, you may want to book a one-on-one session with Clare or Georgia (our BDM’s).
Additional meeting rooms / places to work are available in each location if you have spare time and need to work.
Yes. Clare will be available in Sydney, Georgia in Brisbane, and both in Melbourne.
