MTA-Mobile Travel Agents has been named a finalist in the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA) – Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor Network category. The winner will be announced at a gala dinner in Sydney on Saturday 15 October.
The NTIAs are hosted by the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) to recognise excellence in the travel industry. Finalists had to demonstrate the highest level of conduct, customer service and how value was added to the client.
At MTA we always say our people are our most valued asset and that has never been more true after the challenging times of the last two years. Our advisors worked tirelessly to get travellers home during the pandemic, many unpaid hours were put in because it was the right thing to do and they care. And our Head Office team pulled together to support our advisors, doing everything they could to make sure we emerged from the pandemic stronger than ever.
As finalists, we thank our whole team for their hard work and we also congratulate our fellow finalists TravelManagers Australia and FCTG Independent on reaching the finals.
